  26. Yes.  That's one of Kermit's strongest points.  There are many support
  27. channels: this newsgroup; e-mail to kermit@columbia.edu; telephone
  28. support, and so on.  We only ask that you purchase the relevant published
  29. manuals (and consult them :-), and also look through the online HLP, UPD,
  30. and BWR files that are supplied with the software, before requesting tech
  31. support.  If you want a formal support contract, or training, etc, that
  32. can be arranged too.  Send email to kermit@columbia.edu for details.
